just came back from manila-land, flew over for my best friend's wedding. these pictures describe us exactly, we're complete opposites, she and i. she's a little bit country, i'm a little bit rock and roll. she's yin and i'm yang. she wants marriage and the whole kit and caboodle...i tend to lean toward the more alternative route. nevertheless, bitch is my soulmate. the wedding was amazing, she looked gorgeous, and it was some trip.

haven't posted in while, and i am so sorry for that. things have been hectic and crazy the past few weeks and haven't really had time to do anything but work, eat, and sleep. i'm actually starting to get excited about my manila holiday at the end of the week...how nice to just veg out and think of nothing but shopping and relaxation! but till friday, it's busy busy busy at work, and packing packing packing at home. UGH.

this dress confuses me a little bit, to be honest i don't know if i love it or hate it. i don't know if i'm digging the "sixties vibe" i seem to getting from it everytime i look at these pictures. but oh well, it's an easy shape and a good length, and perfect to just throw over leggings or wear with my OTK's, so given that, it earns it's place in my closet.

the days are going by so fast! i can't believe it's june already...almost halfway through the year and just a hop skip and jump away from my birthday. but i can't think about that yet, there are other far more pressing matters to mull about, such as the trip to manila-land. and my best friend's wedding. and my diet which has perpetually been starting tomorrow...and the long weekend ahead, wheeeee!!! yup, that time of the year is fast approaching, what i refer to as party season - where everyone's birthdays land and long weekends come at a rapid rate. times like these, i usually take things one day at a time, not only does it slow the process, but i'm able to enjoy each and every minute of whatever comes!
